A properly baked on finish will ensure your aluminum railing will be truly maintenance free and offer years of enjoyment. Traditional wood railings require annual maintenance which is both time consuming and costly.

Q: What are the key benefits of an aluminum railing system over vinyl railings?

Due to it's structural characteristics, Aluminum railings offer smaller, lower profiles which minimize congestion on you porch or balcony. Vinyl railings are traditionally much larger in profile and reinforced with steel in order to compensate for their inferior structural short-comings.

Aluminum railings are available in an endless number of low-gloss, semi-gloss and high-gloss colors and finishes. Wood grain finishes are also available as a specialty item. Most vinyl designs are available in a limited number of colors.

Aluminum is much more difficult to scratch, gouge, or dent. Vinyl railings have a tendency to scratch much easier and may be more subjective to damage in high wind areas with blowing debris such as sand.
